I have unique prior experience as being a mortgage broker/loan officer for 9 years and understand the importance of the financing & UW side of deals!  I also worked as a lender rep/Account executive for one of the top 5 largest lenders in the Nation at the time, so I understand the lenders perspective as well.  I have prior experience as an employee at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa in Naples, FL, H& R Block Mortgage, and Argent Mortgage as a wholesale lender representative/account executive.

 I am a well-rounded Realtor who can assess investments, offer advice/consult, and I also have many contacts within the industry that can source properties/investments from many different outlets.  I have associates who buy at the court house steps, some who focus on REO/Bank owned properties and others who buy houses cash as well!One of my other companies is a blue collar, property preservation/rehab and re-models company and can assist in any aspect of repairing/maintenance of your properties.
